SHIPPING POLICY
I ship for FREE worldwide!
I ship by the next business day after cleared payment is received. If you need the item quickly, please let me know so that I can try to accommodate your request.
I ship all US packages via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation so taht you can track your packages online. Please note that I am unable to claim responsibility for an item if USPS has verified delivery. I am not responsible for delays once the package has been mailed.
Lost packages are rare; however, it can happen. I will do my best to work with postal service to find package if it occurs.
Occasionally, there is a discrepancy between the ship to address I receive from Bonanza and the one I receive from PayPal. When this happens, I send a message to the buyer to confirm the correct ship to address and wait for a response. To avoid any potential delay in shipping out your purchase, please make sure that both addresses are correct.
ADDITIONAL NOTES TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International orders do not come with Tracking unless you request and pay for an additional shipping upgrade ($20-40) for Priority or Express shipping that will include tracking. International customers are encouraged to upgrade their shipping to include tracking. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for the loss of international packages if you opt not to purchase the shipping upgrade and your package is lost.
I ship via First Class International. It is really hard for me to estimate how long it will take to get delivered to you. So far, I have not had any lost packages or complaints. Please allow between one to three weeks to be delivered to your country (depending on destination) once I mail your package. I mail packages by the next day after I received cleared payment. The delivery time seems to depend upon how long it takes to get through customs. I am not aware of any delays through customs with my shipments. Please note, that this time may occasionally be longer due to customs, etc.
Buyer is responsible for any additional customs’ charges. My standard international shipping cost does NOT include any tracking or insurance. I am NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed international orders once they have been shipped.
Please note that Memorable Crafts is not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to to your international order nor will Memorable Crafts help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as “gift” in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony. International Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.
International customers need to provide me with their telephone number for me to list on the customs forms in case customs needs to contact you.
RETURN POLICY
Please contact me to resolve any issues. I will always put forth a genuine effort to ensure that my buyers are satisfied and feel that their transactions with me are fair. I appreciate all of my buyers, especially my repeat buyers and those who have referred other buyers to me, and I strive to keep all of them happy.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS
All of my products are crocheted by me by hand. I design my own patterns, and I use soft yarns that are both washable and dryable. I use only synthetic (acrylic, polyester, and/or nylon) as well as 100 percent cotton yarns and yarns that are made of both cotton and synthetic fibers.
PACKAGING: Tyvek Envelopes are used because they are designed for ultimate protection from superior moisture and are burst and tear resistant. Products are wrapped in a ribbon with tags.
SHIPPING: I ship by the next business day after I receive cleared payment.
